Love this mop!! Cleans the floors with ease! Steam out put is strong and floors look amazing.

I have a steam mop, but it never got up alot of 'stuff'. I saw this and when I saw the pricing, I ordered. I love this thing. It is SO easy, once you learn how to manuever it, and it cleans up everything on my hardwoods and leaves them looking great.

This works amazingly well. I’m disabled and I was able to clean my kitchen floor effortlessly. No pulling or tugging. The lightweight and swivel head is the perfect combination. Cleans very well even on the bigger dried food spills. Can you tell I’m impressed? Love it!

I looooove this mop. I love the fact it moves itself so I'm not straining my back. The only thing is, make sure you have a hold of it when you turn it on because it will take off. It also would have been nice if the power button was on the handle but I can see why it isn't.

Shark mop works like a dream. It's a figment of the imagination really. This product was never removed from the box in order to use and give an actual description. Received and was excited to use only to find it was dirty and contained HAIR from previous owner. Contacted for replacement or refund and told wrong item was shipped back. It never left the box and I used the exact return label I was sent. Amazon kept the money and the product. Maybe this product works perfectly, maybe it doesn't. I am only leaving this response because Amazon is ignoring my request, and they keep sending me notifications to leave a review. So, here I am leaving a review of the product I do not have and cannot use. I had high hopes for the SHARK mop, SHARK is a great brand typically. One will never know.

I used this the moment it got delivered and I love it. I have 6 kids and 3 dogs ( one is a 2 month old puppy). I already love it. It has gotten so much off my floors and is easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.

Ditch your traditional mop! I think traditional mops are so gross. They just push around dirty water. This steamer mop is great at getting dirty and grime off the floor and leaving it clean. I usually spray an 1:1 white vinegar and water solution on the floor while I mop with it. It works wonders, I would eat off my floor after using this thing.
