Pirates and witches…
What’s not to love. I’ve read all 3 and looking forward to the next one

Love the book but the copy I received had some stuck pages
The book was a joy to read content wise but every 5 to 10 pages a small section of the bottom of the pages were stuck together and even though I did separate them carefully some slight damage was caused.

So different, but in a great way!!!
Three books of which this is the third, that are full of fun, pirates and witches, and in the background the staff. In this book two of the staff come out of the shadows to be our main characters, and they are due their turn in the limelight. You cannot help but laugh out loud as you journey with Alice and Daniel, and their new friends Alex and Cecillia, and Ned and Charlotte. If you don't take life too seriously these could be the books for you too.

Shockingly bad
Loved the first book - original and exciting! The second book was good enough. But this - simply could not get into it because the author used so much smug wordplay that it was unbearable - not to mention it made the characters caricatures and herself the main one as she constantly intruded into the story. Bizarre. DNC. Regret paying even 99p for this.

Embarrassed I suggested for my book group
I am a quarter of the way through this weird book. Its bonkers and not very engaging. Flying houses ?? No description. Unlikeable characters. Should have read first one perhaps.
