Great substitute for high carb noodles
Great addition to any dish calling for noodles but no carbs! Good tasting and look great. Great for diabetics and well as keto diets. I use them often. Easy as well as quick to prepare, I use them often in curry too.

Healthy & filling snack
These are great for whatever diet one is on. I use a tomato sauce with no added sugar & a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for a filling snack of nominal calories & no upset in weight loss.

Konjac Rice
These are easy to just heat up and add tosoups, lentils with hardly any carbs.I rinse in water and boil in water then addto soups.

Bad bad baaaaaad texture!
The texture…. It’s the texture. We are on a mission to get healthy and lose weight. I found these and was excited but a little skeptical. I figured what is the catch? Do they taste bad? Not satisfying? But worth trying for the low calorie content.We finally made them….as soon as I put the noodles in my mouth and a noodle made their way between my teeth as I started to chew.. I had to RUN to the garbage to spit them out. My boyfriend who can eat anything couldn’t hang with these either. It literally feels like eating worms.

Good alternative
These are great for a keto alternative. Easy to cook and substitute for rice noodle’s. The taste is good with soups like pho.

Pleasantly surprised! Low calorie!!!
I am very pleasantly surprised. I used them on top of a salad and also with sauce as a side dish.I like the texture, my husband did not but i am not surprised by that. The taste is good, there is not much flavor so you would use it with spices or sauce.By pros: super low calorie (6 per pouch), sugar free, fat free, gluten free, gmo freeze.The serving size seemed small but it is ok for a side.I will keep eating those for sure!!

Give These A Try!
I have made these two nights in a row and love them. I especially love the low calories. I did a lot of research first on how to soak them to get rid of any odor and then briefly heat them in the microwave and they are great and satisfies my craving for pasta. I feel for the price, they are a great value and am going to order more again.
