Really good assault bike
Really like this bike, really good piece of equipment. However, anyone know how to change the settings on the LCD display? I'm only able to update the speed metrics but i need to change Distance from miles to meters. I can't find the instructions which came with the bike.

For the dreadful assembly instructions and screws/fittings
You're getting 2 stars for making me come on here and whine about how terrible your assembly instructions are. Bloody joke. Also the screws are awful. Not one screw has gone in properly or easily. Poor quality.
