Excellent for gaming AND work
The biggest reason to get these buds is the combination of a low-latency dongle and simultaneous Bluetooth connectivity. I can use these at home for gaming with low-latency audio, then take them to work to use for productivity (leaving the dongle at home) while remaining connected to my phone in between. If there were more competitors that had this feature set my review might be a bit more critical, but since it's one of the few devices capable of this I'm going with 5 stars.Other pros:- Good audio- Good noise canceling- Good battery life- Good Bluetooth behavior on Android (Galaxy S23) and Windows 11I never get anywhere close to low battery, so even though this has better battery life than its competitors it's probably overkill. There are caveats, but they are not severe enough to lower my 5-star review.- Pass-through audio mode is merely adequate; nothing special- The Windows software is bloated and therefore best avoided- The case can be fiddly to open- The touch commands are pretty complicated and you can't customize them. Usually the only one I care about is toggling the noise canceling. I wish it were single tap instead of double because it's very easy to miss.- I've turned off the "Wear Detection" feature but it still likes to play/pause when I'm inserting or removing them. Customizing the touch controls would help here.- On very rare occasions you get glitchy behavior. When this happens on Windows you'll want to remove the dongle, wait, then plug it back in.

High-quality wireless gaming earbuds
These are amazing earphones. The sound quality is honestly unbelievably excellent. You can adjust the audio to different sound profiles to fit your need. Gaming they are great with no noticeable delay. Music also sounds very good. These are high quality earbuds. Worth every penny in my opinion. Don't short yourself and get the regular ones. Get the speednova. Longer lasting battery and no latency when gaming. I'm sure the quality is not as good either. The only problem was amazon sent me an open box product. The software on pc showed that these have been connected to another device and on top of that the USB cord and the extra ear pieces were not in the box. They did me dirty there but I'm still giving 5 stars because these are some damn good earbuds.

The colors...
I was a bit worried cuz I bought these used. But they didn't seem like they were used at all. They came in mint condition not the box though.Other than that the sound is very nice from these, good base and all. The ANC is not too bad although high pitch noise come in pretty hard. So the tapping of your keyboards or any kind of tapping or snap will be heard. Other than that it completely drowns out your fan noise on your PC and if you have audio running less such as music or video or video game the ambient noise will definitely be drowned out with ANC and angle. I'm not much of a competitive gamer anymore so I can't say how well these would work in a fps. They have a very wide range without going out. I've yet to test it all day use to see how long the batteries last but I've managed to charge them a few times and they do not take very long to fully charge. My only gripe with these and it may not be due to their design but due to my own anatomy. Is the fact that they have a hard time staying inside my ears. They are comfortable once I do manage to get them to stay.Overall I'm satisfied with these and they were long overdue because I was sick of my headband hair from my old heavy headphones. But the only way you'll know if you like them is if you try them out yourself. You could always just refund them If you don't like them. Hopes this helps.

Needs Improvement, overall disappointed
Long-winded review below, but overall, I was disappointed with this purchase. Having always worn over the ear headsets for gaming, I thought moving to an in-ear model would be life changing, but I was wrong. My experience with the ASUS Cetra Speednovas were lackluster and nothing to write home about. Looks like I'll be going back to my headsets, for now.- Battery life: 4.5 hours- Bluetooth connect is difficult with mobile phone- Average sound- Tap controls not intuitive- Case is hard to open- Fit is averageBattery Life:The battery life on the ASUS Speednovas are nowhere near where advertised. With non-stop gaming on my PC with USB-C dongle, I'm only getting 4.5 hours of battery life before I have to charge again. And this is with the RBG off. Never mind gaming with Bluetooth connection, the latency is terrible and feels laggy. If you're into competitive gaming, USB-C dongle is the best for low latency.Misleading advertisement of 48 hours of battery life is including the charging case battery. The actual longest duration you might get with these buds is 10 hours? if you're connected through Bluetooth on your mobile device, RGB off, and only listening to music. But as a PC gamer, I am only getting 4 hours at best. Better to use any other wireless buds than the Speednovas if you want good battery life.Connection:Bluetooth connection with these Buds are a nightmare. There is no actual Bluetooth button on the case. To connect, you need to keep the case open with buds in next to your device and pray it pops up as a device. So far, no success on my iPhone. They do automatically connect with my PC - but then it also overpowers the USB-C connection.Sound:Average sound out of the box, but can be adjusted with the app. The noise cancellation is solid to drown out some external sounds. But when in a call or chatting in game with ANC on, your voice is muffled and hard to hear.Tap Controls:The tap is not intuitive, and can't register my fingertips 1 out of 8 times I tap it. It's more inconvenient than it is helpful, and you can't adjust the control options.Design:The USB-C dongle has no where to be stored in the case. I fear I will lose the dongle someday when I bring them outside the house. The case, I noticed immediately that it doesn't sit flush on the table and wobbles/spins quite a bit. It's also very hard to open - you have to put your hands in a specific place in order for the lid of the case to open properly. You can't hold it from the side to open since span of the lid is so wide that it requires you to hold it from front to back in order to open. A bit inconvenient. The RGB looks amazing however, I'll give it that. When you finally get to opening the case, the RGB of the logos are nice and bright, in a default RGB out of box.Fit:The Buds themselves fit fine in my ear, it's like wearing airpods. It's not comfortable after a long period of time, the base of the earbuds themselves are quite large and can be tiring to wear for lengths at a time.
