Bought this for my mother whose under 24 hour at home care and it's perfect in every way.

Patient can hold the cup and easily get straw to mouth without spilling everywhere. Good design, poor directions and not in English.

The product is designed well and with the weighted, lengthy straw will work well for people who are bedridden or have to lie down to drink. My only comment would be that the tubing doesn’t seem wide enough for thick liquids to go through well, they would have to be watered down quite well to get through without straining. Other than that one issue, it complete with a cleaning wand and various lids for versatile use. The price is competitive with similar products and the larger pieces are dishwasher safe.
