Very impressed.Proper protective packaging.Includes a charger.Includes extra battery holder if battery is to be fitted to a bike frame not already made to take one of these batteries.

Delighted to say that this battery is absolutely identical to my original NCM Moscow Plus battery (even to the brand name embossed under the top button), with one small functional difference...The original battery first had to be switched on by holding down the top button, at which point all power LEDs would remain on indicating charge state and the bike display unit could only then be switched on.At first I thought the new battery had a fault (after successful full charge) as the LEDs only illuminated when the top button was pushed and always extinguished when released. NOT a fault however as the battery remains ready for use, with the button evidently now just used for a basic charge state check.The added bonus for even greater value was the charger and welcome addition of spare locking upper and lower fixings (identical to those fitted to my Moscow bike), along with cable sets and keys!Delighted with seller, the welcome bundled accessories, and very competitive price - thank you! 👍

It arrived very quickly. Ordered on a Friday and it was in my hands on Tuesday.Works fine and fits my bike without having to use the included connectors. I have an NCM Venice+ sold to me by Leon Cycles UK.Time will tell how well the battery holds up but so far I am very impressed.

Better than the originalThe charger it comes with is now called with an internal fan and charges quickly.The capacity and range are great and the battery itself looks like OEM and fits perfectly.Excellent 👍👍

Fits my Ncm Moscow perfectly, only used once but has loads of power, did 18 miles very hilly only used one bar, has rejuvenated my bike back to the first time I rode it 6 yrs ago, let's hope it lasts well.

The battery slots perfectly into the bike frame. I was worried about that because most ebikes aren't designed like that, so pleasantly surprised when I found the right size and right fit for my bike.

Arrived 3 days early. Very well packaged. Easy to fit .
