Got the 39 inch one and it’s beautiful. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time on the installation. We had professionals install and it took a while to hang all the glass peices. I’m sure the bill will be steep but it’s well worth it. I saw this at RH and it was super expensive and this one looks perfect and came at a saving.

Got this installed today, and it took about 3 hours—mostly due to the K9 crystals, which required extra time. However, it was worth the effort and the price. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cord is shorter than the metal link. I would have preferred it to hang another 6-7 inches lower, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible.

Looks expensive. Not hard to install. Adding hooks to each piece of glass took teamwork. Follow instructions and wear gloves. I laid out towel on cookie sheet and “served” each one to my husband as he stood on ladder.

This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. I hung it in my kitchen, I loved it so much. I bought another for my dining room.

The chandelier is beautiful however we had a licensed contractor install it and the light bulbs that we purchased with it were faulty and lit a fire immediately upon turning it on. Beautiful chandelier, don’t get the cheap Amazon recommended light bulbs. Get the good light bulbs!!

My husband is a professional electrician and he installed this by himself. He has some notes:He says most chandeliers have a tube that connects to the electrical box so that the chandelier can hang while you make the connections but this chandelier doesn't have that. So he had to hold it with one hand while installing with the other hand and it is very heavy/bulky So this is a difficult install because of this. He managed because he is a professional but you really need 2 people to install this, one to just hold it up and the other to do the actual connections. The crystals are tedious to hang but that's obvious. It's a true chandelier. The finished product is well worth all the work! We love it! It included 3 red crystals, which I'm not sure what they are for. They gave plenty of extra crystals too, very generous of them to include them. We have almost a whole box full of crystals.

I was sooo nervous buying this chandelier, I’m glad I took a chance, chandelier is very elegant looking, not flashy cheap looking. I have 12 foot ceiling and we hired electrician to do insulation. It goes well with my restoration hardware Harlow. Electrician offered me if I want to hang the crystal on my own so he deduct the labor fee from the cost. I decided to have it done by electrician. We contacted seller for longer chain since we have 12 foot ceiling, chain came super fast and seller didn’t ask us to pay.
