We nailed this to a wood board for our toddler to knock on (along with other knockers and sensory stuff). He loves it. Keeps him busy and entertained. Quality to be expected for the price. It’s not going to break any time soon but you’re not buying a relic.

I liked the chairs/stools that have the rings on the back but they seemed a little plain for my liking. I came across these and I must say I'm quite pleased with how they kicked my stools up a notch.

Looks and feels expensive! Sturdy screws, easy to install , fits perfectly on the door as I use them as handles , I think they will last for many years of use.

I am redoing my front door and got this to replace the current knocker I have since I like the more gothic traditional look compared to the basic one that was there. This just feel cheap though. It's a thin cast powered metal that doesn't even have all of the edges finished. The face portion is hollow with only the edge and the small screw areas going up against the door. The knocker part just sticks into a couple holes in the face and moves all over the place. It doesn't have a solid smooth roll to it at all. There isn't a plate for the knocker ball to hit so it will be hitting directly on the door itself which will obviously dent the door with any hard knock. And the biggest issue to me, is it doesn't even come with any screws or any hardware to mount it. I guess it's the old saying of getting what you pay for since the price is pretty cheap. I haven't mounted it yet because i haven't painted the door yet but at this point I might not use it.

A little more light weight than I thought but the handle part is solid. Works for me. Excuse my door, it has pollen all over it.
