Does not work, software seems sketchy, has no documentation
Software comes on a burned cd with no documentation. The software runs but will not connect to the reader/writer device. Doesn't seem to work at all. Maybe it needs a driver or something installed but it offers no explanation and does not work, at least on a windows 10 pc.There's a link to download a video demoing someone using it but it has no explanation. It just shows someone running the software, connecting to the usb device and reading/writting a card... but the software does not work or connect to the device like in the videoSoftware seems very sketchy, has no documentation, runs but does not connect to the device

RFID writer worked perfectly.
Product worked just as described. Scanner read my tag and quickly wrote code to the blank tags provided. I used the disc provided in an old laptop that had a drive. It was actually a simple process. Great purchase.

Never could use it
I never could get the file from gofile to open. Maybe I am just not that smart.

Just got this RFID Reader and before installing the software from the disk that came with it i ran the file via VirusTotal.3 security vendors flagged this file as maliciousI'm not installing this software until this issue with VT is resolved so from my point of view, this device is useless.

Does its job well
Good little reader with easy to use software. Comes with blank tags too which is nice, though the label says the tags are rewritable after the first write which isn't true. Still five stars cause it works and I wasn't expecting the tags in the first place.

Won't read and no way to contact seller

The disk does not work. Was rattling when I received it.
The product came to me rattling. The reader coil inside was loose and I had to tape it back to the case. The CD came burned in an unclosed windows multi-session. For those that don't know...that means it can't be read normally. Used ISOBuster to extract the .rar file from the CD. After that everything worked out fine. I'm a computer tech so this was relatively easy for me. The normal user will most likely have issues with this. Do better at presenting your product. This is why we AMERICANS don't like to buy CHINESE products.

Virus destroyed my computer
Installed the files had to go buy a cd drive and all so that my computer reboots and gets stuck in a cycle boot. I figured it was bootlegged so I would need to temporarily turn off my virus control but never expected it would destroy my computer spent the majority of the day just trying to extract my photos from my drives. Y’all should hella be ashamed of yourselves. And so you know I’m not even gonna try n fix my computer forget that don’t even trust it anymore could probably zero out the drive and somehow someway you’re still there I’m glad it wasn’t my gaming rig else I’d be looking to sue I’m 100% reporting this to Amazon
