Light weight very cool racket for a great price.

I have been thinking about getting into the tennis game for a long time. Badminton (which seems the rage nowadays) didn't do it for me. It is quite light and has a large head size which is perfect for a beginner like me. Its not really made for the professional, since I suspect they would want something with more power, so keep that in mind. It looks beautiful with a nice metallic blue colour with sliver and black accents. It has a large "R" as the logo which looks quite nice, but if you want a completely unbranded racquet, this is not the one for you.It has a case to carry the racquet which is a good addition and it looks fancy. Not a great strap but I intend to replace that the chance I get.The tennis racquet has a good grip and feels long lasting. I can play long games and because of its lightness, the games feel effortless. Recommended.

I think I would be best described as a recreational tennis player. I have no real pretensions to playing competitively but I do like to swish a racket from time to time. As a non expert on rackets I would say this is very good. It is lightweight but feels very strong. The strings look as though they are built to last.It looks good and its appearance can be protected by using the snug zip case which comes with the racket.This racket is priced beyond my normal range and I think it is better than my normal one - but that's really difficult to measure objectively.But all in all I am very happy with.

I still have my first tennis racket - a junior Prince Ace Face. It was quite expensive for a teenager and I was very proud of it, even though it was really heavy and not healthy for my elbow.I then got a Dunlop F2.65+. Strange name for a really good racket. Made of graphite with foamtech, with a 100 sq inch head and weighing 265g unstrung, it's considered really powerful but also maneuverable.Like most reviewers, I've not heard of Raquex before. They're not a new company, but used to specialize in grips for tennis and badminton rackets, as well as bags for those.The Raquex Exceed is their first tennis racket. What can I say about it?It's definitely lightweight, although a bit heavier than my other racket. It also has a slightly narrower handle size. That makes it more available for women, but impacts the power. Still 100 sq inches in head size, it's definitely good for beginners or someone who hasn't played for a while. It comes strung with nylons, which is typical for lower to mid-level rackets. The higher end ones come unstrung, because you want to experiment with the type of strings. String pattern in both my rackets is 16 x 19 - probably the most typical.The frame is made of carbon fiber, which is 'organized graphite' (the internal structure is organized compared to graphite). That makes it more resistant to breaking. Surprisingly almost all of the really expensive rackets are made of graphite with different tech solutions, rather than carbon fiber.Unfortunately I haven't managed to test it in action yet, because of the weather and the fact I don't play as often anymore due to my knee injuries from the past. I will definitely give it a try once it gets warmer though.The racket comes with a nice bag in a matching color. Other reviewers mentioned a low quality strap. I did notice it, but I normally carry my rackets in a backpack, so I hardly use the strap anyway.I suspect this racket may be a bit more about control and a bit less about power. That will make it a great practice gear. The cost of £65 is fairly well balanced, considering the overall quality and materials. My Dunlop was around the same some 10 years ago. I hope Racuex won't stop at this racket and develops more models. After all, the big three brands (Wilson, Babolat and Head) need more competition. Happy to recommend.Thank you for reading my review. If you are looking for a high-quality, lightweight racket then look no further!I'd never heard of Raquex before, but having tried out this racket, I'm really impressed.To begin with looks, the racket looks beautiful. It's a lovely metallic blue colour with silver accents for decoration and then black parts on areas such as the grip, bumper guard and throat. What's really cool is that the strings are silver but have a black 'R' logo in the centre. It's a very modern, sporty looking racket.Moving on to function, the racket is incredibly light. Raquex have used a carbon fibre blend and you can really feel that this rachet has been designed to weigh as little as possible. Even during long sets, swings and shots are effortless. The nylon strings will suit most beginner to intermediate players.In addition to the racket, you get a nice bag to carry the racket in. This bag does a good job at protecting the racket and (just like the racket) looks nice too. The strap is perhaps a little cheap/basic compared to everything else, but it does the job of allowing you to carry the racket over your shoulder perfectly well.Overall, this is a fantastic racket and it has really improved my tennis due to how light it is.

The light weight and larger head size makes it ideal for a starter, personally found the racket quick as it has quite tight nylon strings but as a novice it feels easy and comfortable to use.It's worth noting that this one is very light so it's for a select minority. For example - Juniors, women, beginners, people with wrist/elbow/shoulder issue. If you want to be hitting the ball harder and faster then you'll be needing something heavier. There's a few imperfections in the paint which is annoying but minor, better quality control may be needed.From giving this a little go it feels nice to use with a good grip and durable.Overall, the larger head and fairly light weight makes this is a good starter or practice racket.
