📱🔋 Anker 622 MagGo: The Power Bank That Charged My Phone and Short-Circuited My Life ⚡😂
When I first laid eyes on the Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo), I thought, "A 5000mAh foldable magnetic wireless portable charger? This sleek gadget is going to be a game-changer." Little did I know, it would also become the plot twist in my life's sitcom.Upon unboxing, I was impressed by its compact design and the satisfying click of its magnetic attachment to my iPhone. The foldable stand feature seemed perfect for binge-watching cat videos hands-free. I was ready to conquer the world, one fully charged device at a time.Date Night Disaster:Eager to impress my date with my tech-savvy prowess, I whipped out the MagGo during a romantic dinner. As I magnetically attached it to my phone to show off its wireless charging capabilities, the stand decided to fold unexpectedly, sending my phone face-first into the spaghetti carbonara. My date's laughter echoed through the restaurant as I fumbled to rescue my sauce-covered device. Needless to say, there wasn't a second date.Family Fiasco:During a family gathering, my tech-challenged parents were curious about my new gadget. I demonstrated the MagGo's charging prowess, but as I handed it over, the magnetic attachment clung to my dad's metal watch, creating a tangled mess. My mom's attempt to untangle the devices resulted in the MagGo's stand snapping off. Family bonding time quickly turned into a lesson on the perils of modern technology.Office Overload:At work, I thought the MagGo would be the perfect companion for back-to-back meetings. However, during a crucial presentation, the magnetic attachment decided to detach, sending my phone tumbling onto the conference table. The ensuing chaos led to a stern talk from my boss about "professionalism" and "appropriate use of gadgets." I was promptly relieved of my duties.Child's Play:My nephew, fascinated by the MagGo's magnetic properties, decided it would make a great addition to his toy collection. He attached it to his toy car, declaring it a "turbo booster." The MagGo's stand couldn't withstand the high-speed crashes, and I was left with a broken charger and a very entertained child.Pet Predicament:Even my pet parrot got in on the action. The shiny MagGo caught his eye, and he swooped down to grab it. The magnetic attachment clung to his metal cage, causing a commotion that resulted in feathers flying and a very disgruntled bird. The MagGo survived, but my parrot's trust in me did not.The Good, the Bad, and the Hilarious:While the MagGo's compact design and wireless charging are impressive, the foldable stand's instability proved problematic. Its magnetic attachment is strong, sometimes too strong, leading to unintended consequences. However, despite these mishaps, the MagGo has become a conversation starter and a source of endless amusement. Conclusion:The Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo) has undeniably made my life more interesting. While it may have caused a few embarrassing moments, it has also provided countless laughs and stories to tell. If you're looking for a portable charger that doubles as a comedic prop, the MagGo is the gadget for you.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the laughs and the charge.

Good little pocketable battery pack
This is a handy little power pack with MagSafe built-in. It's slim sleek design doesn't make it a burden to carry even if you have it in your pocket. The only downside I can put on this battery pack is that when it's charging your iphone the battery pack itself gets quite warm. For the price, I think it's really good especially when anchor have a deal on it.

Perfect
Size is perfect. Weigh not too heavy. Easy to charge. The only thing was I didn’t realise I needed a different cable from my iPhone cable.

Perfection!
I’ve needed a smaller, lighter power bank than my original one because I’m going to be travelling to Wales from now on. My original one was too heavy in my bag. This little unit is so light! The battery life is excellent and it charges my new iPhone really quickly. It’s going to make travelling so easy. I love that I can also use it as a phone stand too.The sage green colour is just beautiful. If you need a power bank that’s powerful, compact, functional and looks great, this is the one to go for.

Anker 622 MagSafe charger
Slim lightweight MagSafe charger with decent speed and a handy kick stand. Has the ability to be turned off and used as stand only. (Hold down power button until lights go off) Works with night stand mode. Can also charge iPhone with usb c cable. Very handy for travelling. Solid build quality. Highly recommended.

Works but won’t charge over 60% iPhone 16 PM
This power bank works well for wireless charging, but its USB-C port is solely for recharging the power bank itself - it cannot charge other devices. Unfortunately, I also discovered during a holiday that it won't recharge from a 2020 MacBook Pro M1 using two different original Apple USB-C cables (one from an iPhone 16 Pro Max and the thicker cable designed for the MacBook). While the MacBook charges other devices without issue, this power bank, after being connected to the laptop, doesn't indicate charging progress and only flashes its LEDs a couple of times after pressing the button and then shuts off without charging. Therefore, inability to charge non-wireless devices via USB-C port as well as charge the power bank itself from a very well designed Apple MacBook M1 2020's USB-C port (charging using original charger and only power bank connected to the second USB-C port) renders this device unusable in most situations apart from one partial charge of iPhone 16 Pro Max.I even left it plugged in overnight, ensured the MacBook lid was open to supply power, and briefly connected my iPhone, which started charging properly. Despite this, the power bank remained unresponsive. Because of these two issues, I wouldn’t purchase this product again.I plan to test it with a wall charger at home, but none of my previous Anker or Ugreen power banks had these limitations - they would charge more slowly but still reliably from any laptop.
