Perfect for Lab Notebook Requirements!
Got the notebook in today and I love it! It's very plain, but contains everything necessary for a lab notebook, including a Table of Contents where you can specify the content of each page. The grid paper is nice and allows for both neat line spacing and any drawings or schematics which may be necessary. I wish the original pages in the notebook were perforated the same as the duplicates, given that I'm expected to turn in the original copies in my lab, but it's not that burdensome. When writing with ballpoint pen, the duplicates are perfect and pick up on the writing nicely. So nicely, in fact, that if you don't use the little "shield" included under the page you're writing on and its duplicate, the duplicates for pages back will still have marks from previous pages! Be careful before you get a duplicate with three pages worth of text on it that's difficult to decipher. (That being said, I'd much rather this sort of design than a duplicate which hardly picks up on the writing!)The duplicates aren't attached to the original pages like some notebooks, but I've had no problem keeping the two even so the writing isn't askew on the duplicate. Overall, it's a great lab notebook that's cheap without sacrificing much in the way of quality.

Tough, numbered pages and rows, perfect size. Number pages and every 5th row numbered.
I use this book every day. It's solid and well built. The plastic cover on the back and front make it a sturdy enough to take my abuse. The numbered pages, and every 5th row are numbered, are great because as time goes on and the same subject comes up over and over again I can list out which pages, and which row, that subject is on in the Table of Contents page. 100 pages seems perfect to haul around on a daily basis, not to big and not to small. Oh, and the best is that it's grid so for the every now and then time I have to draw out whatever it is, I'll have a nice gird there so my table or sketch will look great nice and even. The paper quality is nice and sturdy too, it's not flimsy. I don't know what weight it is but it is of lab note book weight so it's not going to rip or tear easy and I suspect that it will store for a number of years with no problem.

Great book with great features
I use this book for my Organic Chemistry lab, and I love it. There are several well-thought features that I didn't realize I needed until I saw them in here.First, the fold-over flap doubles as a dry erase board. This is more useful than it seems at first.Second, the page perforations are only on the duplicate pages. There have been several times I've been ready to tear out a page to hand in, and realized it's my original because it wasn't perforated. The "ink" particle size used in the duplicate pages is excellent, giving clear crisp copies of my writing without requiring excessive pressure on the parent page. The only problem I've had is with writing on the parent page, and I'm not sure if it the fault of the book or my G2 pens, but I occasionally run into spots where it refuses to mark. Luckily I can just look at the duplicate page to see what I was trying to write.

Cover came broken
The notebook looks well organized and has a convenient ruler. Best quality is the dry erase on the inner cover flap (great for calculations). However, the notebook came with the clear cover already cracked and I cannot return because my daughter's classes have started and has no time to exchange.

Not carbonless notebook
Is not carbonless notebook, just normal sheets. Definitely not worth 35$. I contacted seller, they offered even less than half price money return but I never get even it. Extreme disappointment.
