Useful and well made
HORI is always the to-go-brand for Nintendo accessories, I've never been disappointed. I'm buying their products since the Nintendo DS launch. The stand is well made, there are rubber pads at the bottom to keep it steady and some rubber pads on the "shelf" mount to keep the Switch in place (and don't scratch it).You can adjust the stand to several angles to find your best orientation to play your favourite games.I usually use it when the main TV is busy and I want to have a quick session with Zelda, using the Pro controller for max performance.I got the black one but there's also a red one "Mario" edition but the features are essentially the same. It's a useful add-on for your Switch if you prefer to play with the Pro controller and want a secure place to put your Switch (and avoid slipping and other issues).Highly recommended.

Great nintendo playstand
Honestly worth getting if you like to play handheld with your pro controller or joy cons because the stand allows you to freely charge and play without trying to awkwardly balance your switch on something! So would 100% recommend buying. I also use the stand for my phone or tablet so works with anything...

It's good
I bought this to replace the joke of a kickstand on the switch, and it definitely was a good decision. It is fairly rigid (just be careful about knocking it) and the switch seems to be fairly comfortable in the stand. The angle can be changed and it can be folded away (giving it portability).Only thing I could complain about is the lack of instructions (you'll see why). I struggled to find out how to actually open it for about 5 minutes and almost went to watch a YouTube video to work it out.All in all seems good, doesn't block any vents and would buy again.

Play Switch and load at the same time
Do you want to play the Switch in a portable version but do not want to hold it in your hand? You can do it with the back leg, but what happens when you want to charge it in the meantime? Upss ...Here our friend Hori appears to save the planet. It is a plastic stand designed exclusively for our nintendo Switch. Being plastic and not metal, it prevents you from scratching our console when you take it with us. And what is special about other stands? Well, in addition to being completely foldable to take it in our NNS40 case (from ardistel) or our backpack, it has special pins (located to the right and left of the usb-C) so that our nintendo does not move from the site (same as those that take the dock)If you put it together with an USB 3.0 to USB C cable from Aukey, and the Ardistel NNS40 case you will have the definitive travel set. You can charge your Switch from any device that supports USB (laptops, sockets, etc)

The best stand out there for charging and play!
The HORI Playstand is the best stand out there for both kids and gamers alike!I really appreciate the compact design whilst still being able to be customisable to how far back and angled I would like for my Switch to be displayed at as I charge whilst I play - and because of the stand, I no longer have to deal with the kickstand on the original Nintendo Switch model! Such a stress relief.

Very sturdy
Great product. Recommend to use with kids as the tiny pull out stand on the Switch is so flimsy to use for my 6 yr old. With this product we no longer have to worry about the Switch falling over so easily and it sits more comfortably higher up. Has 3 recline settings and can tuck the charging wire conveniently out the way through the back

Very versatile
You wouldn't think to look at it, but this holder can tolerate a surprising amount of weight. I like watching videos as I do work on the main computer, or listen to music, and this elevates either my phone, tablet, or switch nicely. And it holds all of the above snugly. There's a small gap in the bottom to accommodate a charger for the switch, and I've found this also works well for my tablet in portrait mode should I want to read.

Does what it's supposed to!
To be honest, when I'm on the Switch, I'm happier playing either fully handheld, with the joycons attached, or on the TV. I thought I'd buy this on release though as I thought it would come in useful. If I'm being really honest, I've actually been using it for my tablet rather than the Switch. It's great for sitting the tablet on the loo and watching things while I'm in the bath. It's a great little design, folding up into a nice little size when not being used. I can see the obvious benefit of being able to charge the Switch (or tablet) when on the stand as it elevates it up off the floor. All in all, a good design, and not bad for a tenner.I'll happily use the stand for its intended purpose once Nintendo puts some more content on the Switch! Come on, where's Netflix?!
