very nice shape for stir frying and cooking. Does need an grip to cook in it.

Light pan. It would be good if it is thicker and IH stove compatible.

Ordered. Waited for a week. Product says with removable handle, there is no handle when it arrived. Returned.

I did not receive the handle

Just received my 3 frying pans but there’s no removable handle. In the description it stated frying pan, with removable handle but all I got is just 3 frying pans. How am I going to use it? If I need other stuffs to carry it around.

I was super excited for this wok. I've had super high quality cookware from Japan and even though T-fal is French, I was excited to get this from T-fal Japan. I also purchased the corresponding lid from T-fal Japan. Unfortunately, the lid didn't sit on the wok snugly. I thought maybe it was just the lid, proceeded to purchase two more lids of different styles, all 28ch/11in, they didn't fit either. I finally noticed that the rim of the wok IS NOT EVEN!!! No wonder none of the lids worked. So disappointed. I just packed up the wok, and all the lids for return, back to searching for a wok. :(

This item came with paper bag packing, not in a box. I can easily imagine how this item distorted. I believe this item itself is of great quality, but shipping method might be the issue.
