Magic: The Gathering MTG-XLN-BU-EN Ixalan Bundle

Bought directly from amazon, no tampering, good assortment of cards. Even got a couple of foils, seems like a good batch. I bought this and a £16 deck builders toolkit as first buys. Boyfriend plays a lot of magic (like.. a rediculous amount) and i thought id try and join in.Ordered dragon sleeves also for these just to protect them, i would recommend doing the same if you're going to be handling the cards a lot, just so they dont get damaged.

Great set with some amazing cards. Love opening all those boosters! I got lots of rare cards too. (And one mythic rare!) This set contains new double-sided cards which start as artifacts and can turn into lands (like treasure maps). Also the new keywords "explore" "raid" and "enrage" which are very tough. And you can't get cooler than pirates and dinosaurs!

Excellent service, arrived within 3 days of ordering; amazing, also an ultra rare card was in one of the packs worth twice what we paid for the whole box! Happy days

.Ixalan is the shiny new Magic the Gathering set that sees, Pirates, Vampire Conquistadors, Merfolk and Dinosaur Riders all competing to capture (or protect) an artifact called the Eternal Sun, there's some very good fun flavour in the cards, the short stories on Wizards and the game play so that asides onto the productAll the reviews I see of the Bundles, gift sets, toolkits and fat packs tend to concentrate on the cards the person got which is nice (or not) for them but the one element that will definitely change on your version.So I'm going to concentrate o what you will definitely receive and if the cards are great that's an awesome bonus.The Bundle comes in a surprisingly large package bound by a paper slipcaseIt holds 2 boxes a fairly flimsy black paper one (visible end on in the pack illustration) that contains nothing and a much more robust box containing the majority of the goodies.There is also an A5 size booklet with punch holes containing a card list.The main box is a chunky thing with a lift off lid, it's smaller than the gift pack so if your main aim is storage a gift pack might be better but it contains 10 boosters and a pack of land (I'm sure I read 80 land somewhere but I've not counted them) and a spin down life counter (a D20 dice with 20 replaced by the set symbol)The storage is split into 2 partitons and the boosters and land fill about 2/3 of one so it will probably hold hmm 17 cards a pack (land and token included) and wrap call it 18 so 260 I'd say about 800 sleeved cards and a bit more than that unsleeved.There's no dividers or stickers like the Gift box and it's not as impressive a physical package though you do get more cards so if looking for a present I'd go for a gift pack instead but if looking for a boost to the card supply with storage a secondary consideration this works very nicely
