Solid machine / GREAT vendor
This computer was exactly as expected. I've had it up and running for about a week. Relatively fast and the screen is crystal clear. A little heavier than some of the others at about 6 pounds, but works great. Can't say enough about the vendor Tech Warehouse. Was expecting the computer in 5 days based on Amazon check out. Received it Next Day/Saturday delivery. Wow! And, it was packed perfectly. Thank you for your attention to detail. Really appreciate the exceptional customer service.

Nicest laptop I've owned.
A really nice laptop, super display, smooth keyboard, and fast enough for my uses.

A Very Fast Upgrade
I upgraded from a previous version of an HP Pavillion 17-inch touch screen computer. This new HP Envy computer is so much faster than my old one ever was and much lighter. The battery life is much, much longer in my usual day-to-day use. I can typically operate all day on a typical business day on a single charge.I love the lighter design and the true full screen design. Very little wasted edge space on the touch screen. The transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 has generally gone smoothly.A couple of minor negative points. First, it may be listed as having a lighted keyboard. Mine does not. That's not a deal breaker for me, but the model I received implies that it does have it but nothing happens if I try to activate keyboard backlighting. There may be other models in this family of computers that have backlit keyboards. The large touchpad on this computer acts very differently from any of my other laptops with a touchpad. I typically use a mouse (when I can) and I purchased a Bluetooth mouse for use with this computer. But it takes some awareness of what works with this touchpad without making a mess on the desktop or in a browser. It works much better if you really take advantage of the touchscreen to go directly to what you are looking for rather than "dragging" across the touchpad.A selling point is the protection program. I followed the directions provided by Tech-Warehouse to activate this (AKKO) protection program and had a little difficulty getting it to work through my smartphone. The people at Tech-Warehouse were very helpful and responsive and helped make sure that the protection program with AKKO was properly activated.

Nice computer save for backlit screen
So far this is one nice laptop. The touchscreen responds well. Never had one before and love it. Fast processor, have streamed 2 programs on the splitscreen with good quality, no freezing. Main complaint is the backlit screen. The keyboard is the same color as the computer and the letters do not stand out well, even when backlit. You'd think after 40 years they'd get the small stuff better. 2d complaint is the battery. It's doesn't last long.Otherwise it was a good purchase.

So Far So Good!
I have been needing a new work computer for a while now and received a bad MSI laptop recently, so I've been anxious about getting one that actually works properly out of the box. This one from Tech Warehouse Inc. arrived in perfect condition and everything is working seamlessly. The screen's graphics are fantastic, with great color saturation. The screen is sharp, the images clear, and it has dedicated brightness and dimming buttons. The track pad is responsive, although I think it could be slicker/more slippery for easier use. For 32G of RAM and 1TB of storage and a quick i7 processor, the price I paid was phenomenal. I read nothing but glowing reviews for Tech Warehouse Inc., so that's why I went with one of their computers. I'm glad I did. It's always such a headache when a computer arrives with issues, and this one has none to speak of as of yet. I would highly recommend buying from them. 5/5

HP Sells Lemons
I've had it with HP. The last laptop I bought was a $2,700 top of the line Specter. After 2 years, the battery exploded. That destroyed the keyboard, touch pad, and some keys. They wouldn't even fix or replace it even though it was the worst piece of advertising they could leave around. So then I bought this one. I lOVED for about a half a day. But then I started noticing that it mysteriously shut down consistently but unexpectedly after 2 hours. It happened whether it was plugged in or not. That forced me to have to reboot all the time. Then I unwittingly made an even bigger mistake by calling tech support. They actually put me through over 8 hours of testing and then said they would send me a USB drive to reboot the computer with and that would fix the computer. Well of course it didn't. It led to another 2 hours of repeating senseless steps of rebooting with the USB drive that never did a thing. Finally, only after the computer wouldn't even get through the BIOS boot, they said they thought I needed to get this one fixed!! Ya think?! It was 3 days old.I've had it with HP. I certainly believe this must have been a total lemon, but to put me through what they did was inexcusable. No apologies, no recompense, nothing. Combine that with the last $2,700 Spectre battery blowing up in its second year, I'm out.

Anxioius to explore this is a beautiful machine that surely will exceed all my expectations.
Even tho I am 'elderly' (hate that connotation) and certainly not a computer whiz who is approaching 80 yrs old WAY too quickly, my connection to the Internet is essential in my daily life. I live quite remotely in a redwood cabin within the redwood forest of Northern California and this device is my only reliable form of communication (unless the power goes out which it often does). Cell phone connectivity is shoddy and sporadic so a functioning laptop is my very best friend. I have had several hp laptops over the past thirty years, each one being somehow better than the last but this one, simply superlative in every way. To date, I've only scratched the surface of learning its inherent capabilities and versatility but just sitting in front of this beautifully designed and executed device is a pleasure all in itself. Honestly, I can't wait to venture further into the infinite digital world that awaits me.Thank you, Tech Warehouse

Great unit.
I bought this to create a mobile tele-training studio. It is faster than my desktop machines with similar CPU.
