No this is adult i’m female 5’6” size 6 and it was a little big but very comfy

Q: are the women's sizes based on a child size chart or a women's size chart? I am 5'2" what size will fit me?

Definitely based on women's sizing. Whatever size you normally wear should work, but err on the higher side.

Q: I am wondering if the suit comes with the patches. also, i am 5,4 150 lb woman what size should i get? there are alot of mixed messages about sizing

The patches are already on the costume. My daughter is 5’6 140 pounds and she got a women’s medium.
