I saw bad reviews on Ola plex so was happy to find this but I haven’t noticed a massive difference. Its a good, clean formula and is easy to use hence the 4 stars

My hair is over-processed and crispy, but after the first use of this magic potion it was soft and bouncy. Highly recommended for anyone who’s not been kind to their hair.

This is a very tricky product to quantify, it’s a pre-shampoo hair product, designed to build and strengthen hair, to make it less prone to breaking and split ends etc, How do you measure that? Short of washing half of your hair in normal shampoo, and using this on the other half of your head then comparing the difference six months later, how can you assess its effectiveness?The product pumps out and comes out in a thick cream, similar to conditioner, but I do find the little bottle needs to be virtually upright before you can get enough out. It applies and feels just like conditioner, and washes off without any trouble or leaving any residue.I’ve awarded this 3 stars because it’s hard one to measure, is a bit pricey and it’s only a little bottle, so I would be reluctant to describe this as a “must have” item however it’s performed as expected and my hair is certainly no worse off.

I'm using this pre shampoo treatment since a month and I can see visible improvement on my hair.I'm applying this mask before shampoo for 10 min on my hair and covering with a towel. This hair mask (conditioner) smell amazing and works amazing with my hair.My hair definitely look more shiny, healthier and are very soft. Bottle is quite small but last for long for medium length hair.Great quality and value for money. Highly recommended

It really works, hair is noticeably thicker, difficult to pump especially 3/4 down, nothing comes out, found the bottle tricky and you need loads so small bottle but love the product

I have been using this brand of products for a while now, though this is the first time I have used a pre-shampoo treatment and I have to say I am incredibly pleased with the soft and conditioning results I received from one application, therefore I am looking forward to using this regularly as I will certainly be back for more.It is a premium-priced product, which is worth the price asked. I followed the instructions as indicated and fell in love with it due to the fragrance as it really makes it a pleasure to use it.A quality product and one I am happy to recommend as an excellent way to give a quality treatment to your hair which delivers excellent results.
