I bought the light in May it stopped working a month later. I really upset, but customer service reached out to me and they were really understanding and helpful. They offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement to give it another chance. So far so good. The custo.er service alone is why I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much

Update:The company reached out and has sent a replacement. Customer service is excellent! Very please with the support after the purchase.Bought this light for plowing. I’ve used this for plowing for 10 storms (2 months) and have already lost an entire side of LEDS. Also the entire light has moisture in it so the weather tight seal is not very durable. I know it’s cheap but was hoping to get more than a couple months of use. Hoping the company will be able to resolve this issue. Before the LEDs burnt out the light worked great, very bright, awesome patterns to choose from, I like the automatic pattern changer and the controller is awesome. If the lights didn’t burn out I would highly recommend the light.

I like that there are a ton of different strobe functions, and the light is super bright, however, I use it in inclement weather to assess storm damage. As you can see from the pictures, the light is not sealed against the infiltration of moisture inside of the lens. The company says it's special feature is that it is WATERPROOF... Yeah, right!!!!!I purchased the light in March of 2023, so I am unfortunately past the exchange or warranty period and am effectively out of luck. Maybe the company will make it right... I can't contact the company due to the following reason "Return and product support windows have closed" "Ordered on March 18, 2023". Yep, it's waterproof.

Best lighting for the money. Extremely bright and easy to use

The media could not be loaded. I was really impressed with this unit to start with! It was super blinding bright (which I wanted) I bought it in January of last year and 3 weeks ago one of the yellow sections stopped working. Then a week ago half of the light bars yellow section stopped working. I was really hoping to get a lot longer life out of this light bar just because how bright it is and the control module feature on it is awesome. Not sure if I want to buy another or try a different brand! Also I might add my strobe are on 6-8 hours a day 4 days a week. Maybe I reached the lifespan of the LEDs, not real sure.
