Q: How long are the rollers, and how high do they sit off the floor when level?

Can’t answer. Returned because did not roll sideways.

I would guess there about 2 inches I'm on Vacation but I'm real close on this the tire rotates very easy.

Q: How high can you readily lift the tire? I’m lifting tire on vehicle sitting on a 4-post lift so This adds ~6” to the needed to get back to wheel stud

What size tire? I'm almost exclusively 22 1/2 low pros and getting the tire that high would take putting the rollers as close together as possible and keeping the tire/wheel as near the tips as possible. This would turn an easy slide-it-on into a balancing less leverage PITA. And I hope you're not thinking about doing this with super singles!

It can be used for car, suv and trucks. I use it for my 250 truck.
