Q: This may be a silly question, but for tube watercolors, won't they run all over each other if I close this up and travel with it?

Certain types of tube watercolors don’t dry, & will run. I’ve had this problem multiple times with M.Graham paints.

Q: If I bought 2 of these, and I remove the wells from one and placed it on top of the other to make 60, do you think it will all fit nicely?

I took out both trays and the one with the wells will not snap in place it is a little bigger than the other tray. If buying 2 you would get 66 wells and have to areas to mix colours you could put your colours together like you want.

Q: Does this one have the glass cover with the lid like the 24 size does?

Mine has 33 wells, a plastic hard cover, with a white lift out section inside the lid that can be used as an extra palette. It's great

Q: After several uses the hinge came apart. This plastuc isnt flexible. How can u dnap it back in so the two halves hinge properly?

Mine doesn't come apart. If yours did then I would say it is broken. I would contact the seller about replacement. If you have only used it a couple of times, this should not have happened. I have had mine for many months using it daily and the hinge is just fine.
