Well can't fault it. I do wish there was another lateral pocket on the otherwise for scripts and such, and they could have left off the backpack conversion bit, but minor to the very effective bag, it's tight and strong, I use it to write on whilst stand for those home visits you don't want to put your bag down on anything. It's pretty fully functional whist hanging from your shoulder if its open. Great bag... Could just be the slightest bit larger to fit the a4 papers just a bit better as the top few get wrinkled if your not careful. But I'm not bothered. I would by another

This bag is ideal for work . It has different compartments and much easier to carry medical equipment .

Exactly what I needed and looked for, not more, but also not less. Very robust and flexible, yet handy to carry around.
