Excellent stand mixer!
A stand mixer has been on my list of things to get for the kitchen for quite a while, but as we all know, they are expensive. When this one went on sale at the best price I had ever seen, I knew it was the time to buy. We have used it many, many times since purchasing it. It works perfectly for breads, cookies, whipped cream, frosting, etc. We also bought the pasta attachment and made homemade pasta almost weekly. We have definitely gotten our money's worth out of it and are very happy we invested in this stand mixer. Whether it's on sale or regular price, it is worth buying. Highly recommended!!

Best value stand mixer
The reviews all say KitchenAid is the best, right? It's also double the cost of this mixer from Cuisinart. This stand mixer has a more powerful motor and powers through tough tasks like bread dough with ease. It has great mixing ability for cake batter, doughs and whips cream effortlessly. It has a good weight, enough to hold it firmly on the countertop but you don't need 2 people to take it out of a cabinet. Feels strong and durable to use. True, it doesn't come in as many colors as Kitchen Aid, but it does look great in the colors offered. If you don't use or need all the special attachments, save some money and give this mixer a try.

Versatile, convenient. Very pleased with this mixer.
Much improved over my old Mix Master. Larger capacity, more power, bread paddles, nice red color, quieter.

Fantastic function and quality
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I chose this over cheaper brands as I read they were quite noisy when running and this one is fairly quiet. It is sturdy, not too heavy, and excellent and fit and finish. We use this when we bake together and we can have a conversation when it’s running without raising our voices to be heard. It’s a very solid built mixer and stores away with ease.

Nice mixer with a couple of flaws
My Kitchenaid Pro 600 mixer finally broke down, after countless batches of cookies and cinnamon rolls. Needing a replacement, I decided to go with the Cuisinart, even though it has a slightly smaller capacity. I am planning to get an 8 quart mixer in the near future, but figured this was a good stop gap. I was a bit concerned on how it would handle double batches of my cookie dough recipes. It actually did pretty good, with some possible concerns. The Good: It handled the dough fine, with some minor slowing at the lower end of the speed range. The paddle blade did a nice job of mixing all the ingredients. The blade has a better finish than the Kitchenaid, so it was much easier to clean off after mixing. The tilt head made it easier to use a spoon to check that all ingredients were mixed. The mixer is shorter than my Kitchenaid, so it does tuck away under my cupboards much nicer. The bad: The guard to keep the dry ingredients from flying out, is more decorative than functional. The slot is so narrow, that as much flour ends up on top of the guard, as it does in the bowl. You will need to pour very slow. The controls are at the back on the right side. It may seem to be convenient, but if you need to add ingredients while adjusting speed, you are out of luck. That is a big plus on the Kitchenaid, plus the lever as opposed to the dial on this machine is more convenient. The machine handled the dough fine, but the motor seemed pretty warm by the end. I have doubts this will last the 10 plus years of my Kitchenaid.Final thoughts: A very good value for the money. I bake in fairly large quantities, so I am pushing the limits of this mixer. If you do mainly single batches with an occasional double batch, this is a very nice mixer.

A real workhorse
We had a Kenmore stand mixer for years, but it was getting a little weak so I decided to try Cuisinart. Great choice extremely heavy duty for home use. We look to us it for years. The mixer handles dry or moist better than any we had used before. Mixes anything you put in it and has a nifty pouring spout. Good looking mixer, beautiful finish.

Color and quality are great!
The mixer was very different than my old one and I love the ease of use. My bread is now kneaded properly!
