Again, this paste like stock is brilliant!I use it to braise vegetables, for example broccoli peas and leeks as an accompaniment to meat or fish.A little goes a long way.Wouldn’t be without it.Great for soups too.

I've just looked at the expiry date on a pack I bought recently and it is 8 months away though I can't remember exactly when I bought it.\n\nThe stock freezes perfectly.
