Customer service is amazing with this company. When I had an issue with the purse while on vacation, I received a response very quickly. They were very accommodating and offered to ship a replacement bag to me at any location. Since that wasn't an option, they shipped a new purse to me as soon as I returned home. So far I am very pleased with the new purse. I love the size and wide, easily adjustable strap of their purse.
