Q: Can this be used with rubber stamping like pearl ex or perfect pearls?

Technically, yes, but I wouldn't think it would work out well. While I have not tried them with regular stamping, they might work for a watercolor effect. The biggest drawback is the fact that with Perfect Pearls and Pearl Ex, the powders are the color you will get. With the magicals, in order to get the color to activate, they need water or a medium liquid. They are also much more of a fine dust then the 'Pearls'. I also don't know how well they would stick. They are just so different from the "Pearls". You might be able to experiment, but I wouldn't go nuts buying a lot without knowing for sure if they can work with a certain method. It's an intriguing idea and having bought them for mixed media I wouldn't mind experimenting, but I would have no idea where to start other then mixing them up with water and maybe a bit of acrylic medium with them to brush onto stamp for a watercolor effect, then clean off quickly. Yes it can be used to watercolor. The powdered pigments are packaged in small jars. You only need tiny amounts of the product to get intense and vibrant color payoff.

Q: Could this be used as a colorant in candles?

Yes it should work just fine with candles. It is dye based & mixes with most things. The shimmer may get a bit muted with the wax, but otherwise, it should be great.
