Was hesitant as I saw the box, but the simplicity of this product was very much appreciated.This outdoor package sets a new standard in the realm of secure and convenient package management.This is weather-resistant so I don’t have to worry about these Florida thunderstorms.The Bluetooth lock is awesome and the TTLock app is smooth and straight forward. Creating a passcode for delivery drivers is also made easy.The option to add RFID to allow for easier unlocking is also cool.Putting this together was a breeze. Everything fit exactly as it should. Every single file screw and and piece clicked right together with no resistance.Surprised how lightweight it is as well as sturdy. It’s solid.Very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to not worrying about my packages sitting out for days on end when I’m out of town!

The box is pretty sturdy, and easy to assemble. It's not high security, but it's good enough to hold up and deter crimes of convenience. The lock programming is easy and the App works well.HOWEVER... The lock mechanism, latch and lid are terrible! They need to redesign how it physically locks or redesign the lid. Because the lock is not captured in the latch, all you have to do is push the lid left and the box is open. It's so easy that I do this rather than type the code in. This is also possible because the lid is very flexible. There's really no point to the lock. I am hoping that it deters thieves because it looks secure. If they actually try it they will be able to get in easy. I don't know why the words "Vault" and "Robust" are in the title.

The Package Vault is overall a very robust and innovative product. The sight alone is bound to deter many devious package thieves.One negative thing: I only received three AA batteries, but the product needs four. It looks like it was a handling mistake, so no big deal.AssemblyRoughly 30-minute unpacking and 30-minute assembly. All items are individually packed, then padded and wrapped with layers of plastic to prevent damage from moisture and package handlers.Assembly itself was very intuitive and speedy—most of the time was spent on the screws. I would prefer removable machine screws instead of these thread-forming, so you can disassemble and reassemble more reliably. The battery cover was a little unintuitive due to its placement.Ease of UseOnce assembled, the product is very easy to use. You can use the Bluetooth-pairing app to generate codes or pair the lock with the included RFID tags. The tags work instantly and are my preferred method of unlocking. If you’re curious on how the package handlers unlock the device, you can attach a code to the delivery instructions. The product also comes with signs to give further instruction to the delivery drivers.Also, the default lock state is UNLOCKED, so you don’t have to worry about destroying the product to change the batteries. The product also comes with anchor plates to secure it to the ground. You’ll have to buy your own anchor screws though.DurabilityThe product is made from high-quality plastic, which I assume is UV resistant. The steel screws and tough plastic help to prevent criminals from accessing the contents without special entry tools.LockThe Bluetooth lock is of course the defining feature of this product. It has a full numerical keypad and RFID reader, takes four AA batteries for power, and has a half-inch protruding bolt with steel receiver. Like everything else, it’s secured to the plastic box components with steel screws.

The initial vault received had a faulty lock which allowed for easy access despite being locked. I reached out via email for support and it was determined the lock manufacturer had a defect.The company then stated they could refund the purchase or send a new box. I liked the quality otherwise and decided to get the other box with a different locking mechanism, the Bluetooth version.The vault came very quickly and the customer service was very professional and timely. All emails were typically returned within 24 hours.

To set passwords for the container, you need to be in close proximity, which can be a bit inconvenient. I've noticed that the passwords don’t always work, leading to delivery people leaving my packages on the steps where they could get stolen. As a result, I've decided to repurpose it as a storage container for now. I hope to find a better solution for package security in the future.

It is very well made, but the keypad rarely works. It doesn't register that you're trying to tap a code in. So 9 times out of 10 our packages get set on top with a message that the keypad won't work. Pretty disappointed. Wish we would have just ordered the more basic one and not the Bluetooth lock.

It was really easy to build. Then it locked. =( I was freaking out because the manual didn't say anything about charging capabilities. It also didn't bring the charging accessories , anywho, while breaking my head and losing my calm, I tried to flip it in an unsuccessful attempt to open the vault, I found the port to charge the darn pad. After changing, connecting to phone was easy. All the possible ways to get a code is a plus because I can see how a faulty delivery person can share the code with bandits and have them do the dirty work. The 2 key fobs make it easy for those who aren't tech savy, just point and open. The PVC material make it a good weather friendly container, hope the pad doesn't get water damage. I just got it, I really trust it will reduce the package theft. I'll be back if it doesn't.

Plastic pvc material and it’s a sturdy solid design and the best it performance in its categorie for the value and price. It’s very light weight and easy to use but built as sturdy as a safe. I would highly recommend to anyone with a package theft problem.
