This is good glutamine, I bought some from h&b and have not felt anything.

The ingredients are good, the flavour is tolerable and the tablet size is small and easy to take.Good deal for the price

You need to take a lot of these to make a difference I know take 45 grams of powder each day, these would be far too many to swallow.

I'm taking a lot of other supplements so I can't tell if it makes any difference. The only reason I give three stars is the HUGE size and square shape of the pill forcing me to cut it in half and sand down the knife sharp edges of the halfs before I am able to swallow it.
