I got these to give my immune and respiratory systems a boost during this winter's cold and flu season. The capsules are about the size of the first digit of my index finger, so they're fairly large, but they're swallowable and don't have any scent or taste that I could detect.I do experience a considerable amount of unpleasant belching after taking these though, and they're supposed to be taken twice a day so I don't think I can manage that. Every situation is unique however, so my reaction might be quite different than yours.PROS:1. Made in the USA2. Convenience of getting recommended dose of both NAC & Quercetin in one capsule3. Unable to find any reference on product or web site regarding the manufacturing facility - whether it is GMP certified, or whether or not the facility also processes tree nuts, soy, wheat gluten, dairy products, shellfish, or other possible allergens.All things considered; this is convenient way to get the full recommended daily dose of both NAC and Quercetin at a reasonable price (under $20 at this time), and they are made in the USA. As with any supplement, be sure to consult your doctor before taking these if you are pregnant, lactating, or taking other medications.

I’ve been taking NAC and Quercetin for years now but never had them combined together in one pill! This brand has both together and it delivers the same amount as the other brand. Also, these capsules are smaller than what I used before. Only time will tell if these are as potent as my other brand so I’ll update. If so, I’ll switch for good because the price is a little less than what I normally pay. This stuff is great for liver, lung function and immune health.

Chose this because I was familiar with the brand. NAC is good for thyroid antibody reduction (TPO) , detoxification and gut health. There is some good reading on the subject on Izabella Wentz's website. I mainly take it at night a few times a week so far. No adverse effects. Having bloodwork redone next week and hopefully there will be a difference. So far, though, so good.

This arrived just as I was hit with an upper respiratory illness, possibly the flu or otherwise. I am not sure but I started taking this as soon as I could tolerate food. I take this with food at breakfast and lunch. So far no stomach upset. I am not sure if it works yet, but I am hoping it will boost my immune system.
