This Samsung laptop works like a charm. It sync's to my Samsung phone and I like it better than than I do the tablet line.

For starters this was sold as refurbished in Excellent condition and it arrived with very notable scuffs on the outer shell. Next the screen is absolute awful, its a TN panel (the worst kind even at this price) so you have to be looking straight at it or it gets a lot of wash out. I only used it for about 6 Hours before I had to factory reset the device as something in the windows became corrupted. Battey life is about 8 hours with the screen brightness turned down to 60% watching youtube or 2.5 hours with brightness at max. When the brightness is below 90% the screen quality just gets worse. And to make things worse this is an ARM based laptop (to be fair this is clearly stated in the add and they make no effort to deceive you) witch it feels like windows is really behind on adopting ARM and it shows... very glitchy, and most 3rd party apps don't work and the ones that do are much slower and don't work completely. at the end of the day for the price I would go with this if you want LTE sim support as was one of the big reasons i picked this laptop. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084SQDB1V/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=A2Q2VZBAI1K1M4&psc=1 , this is probably what I will order in place of this laptop.

I purchased this Galaxy Book Go a few weeks ago and it was in perfect condition. No scratches nor dings. I used it with Wi-Fi connectivity. Today I took it to AT&T and got it added to my plan and a sim card installed for 5G connectivity. This is a perfect laptop for me for the things that I need to do. Also, with the 5G connectivity it is a great item for traveling due to having service at all times. It loads fast, and I already have a Microsoft plan that I added this Book Go to my plan. It's great being able to have access to all of my files on Microsoft and not have to use all of my storage on my Book Go. I can start working on my Galaxy Book Go, Tab S8 or phone and continue working without hesitation. Going in, I didn't expect for this to be a top-of-the-line laptop and expect for it to do things that a $1500.00 laptop would do. I have one of those and I have to treat it delicately. I baby this laptop... But I will not fear traveling with it. Great Device!!

So fast and exactly what I expected for the price. There have been no issues so far! The battery life is amazing, perfect for me as a college student.

Got this for my mom, as she doesn't have home internet, and her tablet is getting pretty old. I set it up for her in advance prior to giving it to her, and the features all worked very smoothly. Took it for a "test drive" a bit myself to test its features. So far so good!I bought this item under the Amazon Renewed label, so it was way cheaper than MSRP, and works just like new! A few scuffs on the outer lid, but my mom's a self-described "Thrift Store Queen", so she doesn't mind it. Thanks, Renew technicians!

Comes with windows 11, which is a non-operational operating system on this machine. When these came out, I believe they all shipped with windows 10, which also doesn't work on this machine and Microsoft does not support windows 10 for arm processors like the one in this machine. Not supporting their OS is what they call it when they give up and stop trying to fix all the problems they created and were paid hundreds of billions to fix. There are no Linux distributions I can find that will work on any arm laptop other than a Mac. Without a functioning OS, all this great hardware is virtually useless. Win10/11 can't even figure out how to move files from one location to another on this machine. It gives countless error messages and ignores commands to "keep trying" for all such errors, making it pause countless times and never finish the task. Then when you give up and tell it to quit, it won't and freezes. Android is obviously a much more stable OS. Why do manufacturers keep putting outdated, horrendous, non-functional, antique operating systems like windows on their hardware when there are much better free alternatives like Linux or Android?

I bought 2 pf them My daughter use it for their online school and they do all their work in it. It’s connected with Verizon and we travel through the states haven’t had a problem we only use it for school nothing else is downloaded on it. Only thing is pretty fragile be careful pressing the mouse area too hard it’s already kind of warped but for its price its no bad at all. I pay 40 per line for each computer with Verizon for connection.

Worked fine for excel, could only project to 2 external monitors and I didnt have issues until my first video interview. I am currently unemployed and need these things to go perfect, with that said the laptop was returned the next day.
