Really nice!
I love how this works, with you feeling the tingling of the beta alanine after only 15 or so minutes. The taste is 'meh' but when you mix it with any sort of juice or energy drink it turns into decent to great. The performance increase I've noticed in the gym has been very apparent, and I've seen myself able to lift 3 - 5kg more weight for 4 - 5 more reps, while also not being as tired at the end of the workout like I usually am. Overall I like this product, and the price makes it very affordable too.

A Pump Without The Jitters
It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, except the haystack is also trying to sell you on "miracle" gains. Enter Project Pump, a stimulant-free contender that promises to deliver "vicious pumps" without turning you into a jittery mess. As a 43-year-old who's seen more than his fair share of gym fads come and go, I approached this product with a mix of hope and scepticism.First things first, the lack of stimulants is a genuine boon for me. With a small baby at home, my sleep pattern is more erratic than a soap opera plotline. So, avoiding anything that could further sabotage my sleep is a top priority. Plus, not having my heart rate go off the charts during a late-night workout is always appreciated. The "enhanced focus" claim does hold some water. I found myself zoning into my workouts with a clarity that was noticeably sharper than my pre-baby, pre-dog walking days. It's not a mind-blowing difference, but in the grind of daily life, every little helps. As for the "vicious pumps," well, let's just say they're more like polite pumps. There's definitely an improvement in blood flow and muscle fullness, but if you're expecting to look like a cartoon character, you might want to temper your expectations. It's more of a natural boost than an all-out assault on your musculature. Now, let's break it down:Pros:Stimulant-free, so no unwanted side effects or restless nights.Does improve focus during workouts, making it easier to stick to your routine.Offers a decent pump, enhancing blood flow without overdoing it.Cons:The pumps, while decent, might not live up to the "vicious" billing for everyone. It's a competitive market out there, and when stacked against alternatives, Project Pump doesn't exactly leap out as a front runner. In a nutshell, Project Pump is like that reliable mate who's always there when you need him but won't necessarily be the life of the party. It gets the job done without any fuss, and sometimes, that's exactly what you need. Just don't expect it to revolutionize your workout routine overnight.

Works for that little extra boost!
I was attracted to this pre workout because it’s stimulant free. I enjoy a tea and coffee once or twice a day but I don’t feel any positive benefits whatsoever from overloading one’s self with caffeine, especially as a supplement you’re just going to “neck down”. In fact caffeine can have a very negative effect if you’re training, you need to good sleep in order for your body to recover. The fruit salad variety is a reasonably nice flavour and not particularly gritty. I think if it was little more sour it would taste better, but it’s not a product that you instantly think.. “gosh that was awful” I better hold my nose next time! Which so many of these things are.So what does it do and what are the side effects? What this product does is enhance blood flow around the using a combination of Beta Alanine’s and Citrulline Malate, which you can buy separately as supplements and usually a lot cheaper than this product. Whilst Citrulline Malate is quite a mild and unnoticeable chemical which performance enhances are a possible benefit but inconclusive, Beta Alanine is a substance which can prevent fatigue. Just be aware of its common side effect which tingling in the face and possibly other areas. One scoop of this gave me quite a noticeable sensation of pins and needles in the face. I would NOT recommend a higher dose to start with, a possible side effect could result in itchiness! So be aware! You have been warned.Overall, definitely worth a try!

Pleasant tasting with booster ingredients.
This pleasant tasting powder is composed of ingredients familiar to those who’re used to taking this kind of product. Therefore, if these are the sort of ingredients which you know are effective for you, it should have some benefits for your workout. Beta Alanine is one example. I enjoy lifting weights so hopefully this should reap some rewards and assist with my fitness goals. One thing I would note, especially as someone who’s been recommended to follow a low salt diet is that it will contribute quite a lot to the recommended daily intake,With regard to sugars and carbohydrates there’s not a great deal here which is a plus for my situation. It should be noted that these figures from the labelling, they also show that there’s also little added protein. The labelling also indicates that people with certain allergies should be aware that milk, soya, egg and gluten are present. The packaging talks about two dosage options. One of 22g and another of 11g. I personally take some other supplements so don’t want to risk overloading my system and will try the lower dose to see what happens. The powder mixes easily and a plastic scoop is included to help dispense it into liquid. I personally use a milk frother to mix my supplements which is usually pretty effective at mixing them into an easily consumed liquid. The plastic container is sturdy and the screwdown top makes a tight seal which should help keep the powder dry when being stored.
