I do not know much about berberine boosting fast because I do not have any scientifically proven tools to measure this. All I can say is that i really feel good taking this supplement and it also curbs my appetite to a point where I can keep fasting over 20 hours straight. When I break the fast I usually eat normally without the need to eat extra to compensate - berberine seems to work almost as an appetite suppressor. it's a mild appetite suppresser and It feelsgood in my system. My GI track has been a lot more regular.

This definitely works it undoubtedly lowered my blood sugar. How do I know it lowered my blood sugar? I woke up every night at 3 AM which can be a sign of low blood sugar according to my Dr. I stopped taking this and 2 nights later I was sleeping great again through the night.While it does work I won't be buying this again.

I purchased it as a fasting excelerator for the days I eat carbs to get back into ketosis and/or a fasted state quicker. I’m excited to see if the claim that it curbs carb cravings actually works. I would like to do longer fasts using this product.

I started taking this for help with intermittent fasting but after taking it for about 3 weeks, last night I took itand broke out in hives and started itching like crazy ALL over. My palms got very, very hot and red, along with my face and inside my arms (on the opposite side of my elbows). I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room! I just kept drinking water to try to flush it out of my system and prayed to God for help! Today my joints ache terribly! I believe you’re supposed to consult your physician before you take this product, but how is he supposed to know if you can take it or not? I didn’t even take the recommended 4 capsules since I’m a petite woman - I’m so glad I only took two! I can’t imagine what would have happened if I took all 4…and don’t even try to send this toxic stuff back - they don’t take returns!

Showed up sealed but dirty around the label. There was a cat like hair between the plastic wrapping of the top of the bottle as if I got one that rolled around in someone else's house for a while until they returned it. Was almost scared to use it. The capsules had a chemical taste. Against my better judgement I took it so we shall see.

I've added berberine to my supplement intake as there have been some remarkable studies on it's effects not only with blood sugar but also insulin resistance. There's also the added benefit of assisting in sleep and pushing into a fasted state for sleep. Usually I'm not a fan of blends, I'd rather take supplements alone at their studied and recommended doses by my own bodyweight and status. However, this is a great blend with a simple add of biotin and alpha lipoic acid. I will say, I also enjoy the dosage size. Keep in mind although it seems very generous with 120 caps the serving is 4 so it is still a 30 day supply; however I often will decide not to take a full dose if I'm in an extended fast or if I'm eating very lean for a cut/bulk. In any case, I always enjoy a healthy focused supplement company that makes a good effort to produce efficacious and safe supplements. This is a good one.
