Don't buy the ground cardamom. It does not smell or taste like cardamom. I wish I would have searched for cardamom reviews as those seem to agree. Terrrible quality.

Not fresh - no smell, little taste.
I’m a professional chef and very familiar with cardamom. The powder is obviously not fresh and and based on taste and texture on the tongue may contain filler or ground husk?Fresh ground cardamom even after 6 months of being grounded should have an amazingly sharp, sweet and beautiful aroma. This batch is obviously very old with little to no aroma.The taste and texture is nothing like pure and fresh cardamom seed powder.
