Fabulous!
Looked literally everywhere in the supermarkets after having it for lunch with pasta at a friends house - it’s delicious, I cut mine into cubes and froze in a bag for when I need it. It’s spicy, tasty & great quality. Very happy!

A curve ball...
This is quite fabulous! The name would suggest that the product might come from a country in Africa rather than coming from Italy. It's not insanely hot, but it has an astonishing flavour, in my opinion. You would never expect that Nduja is made, predominantly from pork fat, chillies and paprika. Spread it onto the bread of your choice or try it spread on a pizza base.
