Very good rack for home gym
I got this one through a lightening deal. For the price I paid, it is definitely worth it.It is a squat rack, but you can also manage to do bench press and inclined press as well, which is certainly a plus. The width is easily adjustable, and it takes very little space when not used.If I shake the rack without load, I can feel some wobbling. But when I put the weight on, it seems to be stable enough. I did not test the extreme weight, for ~300lb weight, it holds it pretty well. What I don't like is the cushion pad below the barbell holder. It is basically useless. After I put on the weight, it is squeezed and becomes so thin that the bar will sit on the metal directly. I ended up buying another rubber strip and glued it there for protection, which is much better than the one comes with the package.Overall it is a good rack for home gym if you are not a very heavy lifter. It is also a great deal, especially if you can get it with promotions.

Some height issues... but what a deal!
5 stars because the quality is outstanding for what it is. That said, the spot bars could stand to go higher and a small change in design to allow benches to fit back further into the rack would be nice. I drilled blocks into the bottom of mine to raise the whole thing and that did it. I'm only 5'9 by the way.

Very good for the money
This is a really decent unit for the price, but if you're a serious lifter , or you're a large person in general, this is probably not the rack for you. I'm 5' 6" and in my mid-50s, so I don't lift anything like I did in my 20s or 30s, and I wouldn't have been happy with this rack back then, but for a home gym at my age, it's perfect. The pic I included with the barbell on the spotting bars is great for doing shoulder raises or bicep curls, etc. The unit only weighs about 50#, so it's very easy to move around in your workout space, and I would say it feels sturdy enough doing bench presses up toward 200#, with the rack extensions low. But when they're extended up to do squats, 200# might be more than you feel comfortable putting on it, and at the height I set them (again, I'm only 5' 6") they will only go another 5" higher than that (the pegs are set at 2.5" increments apart), so if you're 6' or above, this may be too small of a unit for you anyway. A couple things I noticed too are that when the unit is set as narrow as possible, it still seems a little wide to do good quality dips, and if you keep any amount of weights on the two racks provided, it can be challenging to adjust the width of the unit. If you store your weights on a separate rack, then no problem. All in all it was super easy to assemble and it does everything I personally need, and although it's not the best on the market it's as good as I've seen for the money.

Very easy to assemble
Good quality for the price. Quality is really good and I didn’t find any issues. I can easily squad and do regular and incline bench press.

Works well for squats but not much for bench press
The weight rack did come with some assembly, though a lot of the pieces were of a larger size. When setting up the base which are two T's make sure you take note of where the screw holes are on the back of the T as they should be on the outside for the design, but since there is not a right and left bar you just need to pay closer attention. The materials for the base and most of the structure seem pretty solid lending support to the 500 lb maximum. After the assembly I did notice that the screw knob yellow platform is not the same thickness all the way through. Where the yellow platform is locked in is just a smaller metal nub. So I just worried if it may not take heavier weight or could possibly snap. Along the same vein for the adjustable rack the weight of your barbell actually sits on two screws, the right and the left sides. I don't know what type of strength those screws have, so I remain cautious while using it when using heavier weights. At this point I haven't had any issue and have put 120 lb plus the bar on the adjustable rack. The other thing to note would be when you're thinking about the width of the stand itself, make sure that the barbell isn't supported narrowly or when you put one plate on a side the barbell itself is going to flip off the stand.. which is not the stands fault, but just physics. This is the reason they give you the adjustable width, so you can make it wider or more narrow as needed.Using the rack to do squats was easy enough and I set it at a height that worked for me, who is 5'10. Getting used to the setup for bench press takes a little bit because you need to reach back and then make sure you are set up do your reps away from the yellow platform. So far the product is functional and I will keep an eye on it while using heavier weights.

Good for home gym
Easy to put together. I had an issue with a part and it shipped to me from Shanghai ina week. Great customer service. Other than that, nice adjustable width and height, great for men and women wanting a safe way to squat and bench without spotters. Dip bars are a nice add-on as is the weight storage and barbell holders.

The gains
Put this together quickly and found it to be wonderfully stable during my workout. It has no problem holding an Olympic bar with weights, and can easily be maneuvered for more balance and workouts, including squats.
