Firstly, I haven't had these very long, I'm only on my 3rd cut, so I can't speak to their longevity. But I really like them so far. I bought the clipper to replace the corded Wahl clipper I've used for most of my adult life now, and I had no idea how much I'd enjoy the switch to a cordless clipper.The price seems really reasonable for what you get - I haven't shopped for clipper in a really long time, but I started by looking at some of the more well known brands, which seem to easily cost double or more what this set is going for. I've never used one of the more expensive units, so maybe I don't know what I'm missing. But these have been great for what I need them for - I cut my own hair every two weeks, and my two boys every other month or so.My old clipper had a smooth throw for the lever. This one has several detents that mark the position. My taper came out better than it ever does, I think because of this feature. It makes it really easy to blend.The battery seems to last well. I charged it after my 3rd cut, but didn't take note of how much battery I used before charging. I'll pay closer attention next time, but I'm happy to get that much out of it. I've only needed to use it on the lower speed setting, I don't really have a need for the higher settings, which I imagine would only deplete the battery faster.The trimmer also seems nice. I already had a cordless trimmer I like, so I considered this a bonus. Since this one charges with the same usb-c cable the clipper uses, I'll probably keep using the trimmer and retire the old one which has a proprietary charging cord.If I have one minor complaint, it's that the guards are labeled in mm instead of the #1, #2 etc I'm used to. But I'll get used to that, and it's a very minor inconvenience. Plus, I read that the Wahl guards fit these too, so I could probably grab the guards from my old set if I really wanted too.Overall, I'm really happy I gave these a try. They've been really nice to use, and as long as they hold up, I'm sure I'll get a lot of great use out of them.

The pros far outweigh the cons of this convenient USB charging clipper and trimmer set - It comes with many multiple sized attachments for the clipper and the trimmer - it is ideal for the home barber that wants a nice do it yourself fade/trim or zero $$ weekly cut - I really like the rachet style length leveling arm -These clippers also fit standard Wahl attachments making for easy replacements if neededCons: even when zero gapped the main clipper will not bald cut due to the angle of the fixed blade (see pics) - I swapped the original fixed blade (black) with an older Wahl flat fixed blade (silver) and now my fades can cut airCan't speak on the length or durability of these clippers since they are new fresh off just two cuts

Yes, you read it right. I ordered these new clippers, not used, and received this abomination (see pictures, I'll wait). Yup. That's correct. Your eyes are correct. A dirty @$$ clipper with hair on it from who know what, and most importantly, where knows what?! Like what are we doing? What we doing? Throwing the return items right onto the "new item" stack over there. It's like playing a game of Russian roulette and if you'll lose, you receive a box of pubes in the mail. Oh and there's a missing mini clipper. I am not brave enough to check underneath the tray.

The design is elegant and comfortable to hold, the convenience of use without cables makes it perfect for any angle and easy to carry anywhere, its battery charges quickly, I still don't know how long its capacity lasts because I haven't used it very much, but it works incredibly well, very importantly the machine doesn't heat up, so I'm very satisfied with the first impressions, it seems to be of very good quality.
