Better than expected!
I rarely buy anything on Amazon if it doesn't have any reviews yet because I've been burned a few times in the past. I chose this item because it was the correct size and format that I was looking for. The item arrived promptly and the quality is way better than I was expecting. It is a nice size with plenty of space to write. I don't use the magnet because I have it on a wooden door (secured by Command hooks) but if I did it would work even better than it does now as the entire back is magnetic, not just a few magnetic strips like some. This items has proven very useful for my family and will look to this seller in the future. Thank you!

Dry erase markers are impossible to erase from this. The whole thing is a black, smudgy mess.

This has been a huge help for meal and family planning. it looks great on the fridge and is easy to erase. I have only used the white chalk marker so far but am sure the other colors will be great also.
