I've had a couple of things made by Sera Organics in the past. Each and every time I'm amazed at the absolute quality that each has about it - and this is no different. From the scent, which can only be described as luscious, down to the rich, yet light, indulgent smoothness of the oils used within - even down to the packaging, which looks amazing on the shelf waiting to be used again. This bottle is a beautiful cobalt blue for instance.The scent is a wonderful minty, lavender-lemony scent that quickly fills the room with its calming freshness. It's honestly the sort of mix that would make for a wonderful cologne. The oil is slick enough to me massaged in, yet also is absorbed into the skin in a few minutes - so no worries about being a 'bit of an oily mess' after using.The result, is a wonderfully calming, stress-busting massage, that not only leaves you feeling a million dollars, as well as both you and the room smelling like it too!Sera Organics are quickly becoming my 'go-to' producer for things like this. They offer ridiculous value for the quality they bring and should be a household name - if they aren't already.

This joints and muscle oil is perfect for my tired knees after workouts or jogging. It contains a blend of natural essential oils, all of which help with either pain, soreness or light inflammation.The best thing I like about it is that it rubs in easily and quickly, you also don't have to use a lot of it. You get this warming sensation on the part you apply the oil to.It's not a miracle remedy to pain. But it helps and prevents inflammation, which is enough for me.The scent is obviously a mix of all the oils used in the blend. It's nice and not too overpowering.The bottle is small, yet it contains 100ml of the oil. It looks nice and the cap works fine, preventing any spillage. £25 sounds like a lot for what looks like a tiny amount, but a little goes a long way here. It came at exactly the right time for me, when I overtrained my knees a bit. Really helped me get through the worst part of recovery. This massage oil has been very helpful for me to use especially when my joints and muscles are painful or aching. It’s very easy for me to use and I’m impressed with how well it absorbs into my skin. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling too oily or greasy either which is fantastic and I like how soothing and gentle it is on my skin. The oil is fragranced wonderfully and smells very nice without being overpowering. I definitely do feel pain relief when using this oil and I feel it’s very beneficial for my muscles and joints. I’m pleased with how much is in the bottle and I feel that a little bit goes a long way so it should last me a long time. The oil hasn’t caused any discomfort or irritation to my sensitive skin so I feel it’s suitable for people with sensitive skin like myself. I think the ingredients used are high-quality and skin friendly and this oil can bring a lot of different benefits as well as pain relief. I’ve not had any issues or problems with using it and I feel it’s good value for money. I do happily recommend it and I will be getting again.

I’ve been using arnica massage oils since a recommendation from a physiotherapist after a sports injury many years ago. Until now I’ve mostly used an oil from a different brand but having had very positive experience of other products from Sera Organics I was keen to try this one.I find that applying this in the evening after a shower or bath really helps to ease all sorts of aches and pains. I have found it particularly helpful on my back, neck and shoulders but have also used it on my legs and even on my hands after a day of particularly heavy work in the garden.
