These seem to be good quality but are very expensive. I am not sure whether or not they are helping with joints but think they may be. Too expensive for me to be using regularly, so will be looking for cheaper options sorry to say.

I started using them because of the pain from a frozen shoulder and now I dont take any pain relief. These do what they state and now my husband also takes them for his knees. wonderful things but they do leave a definite mussel taste if you dont take with enough liquid. but well worth it

After several weeks taking 4 a day could hardly walk or move. Back to Ibrufen and able to get about much better within a few days. Cost £0.25p a packet. A no brainier for me to keep taking the tablets
