The case is well done
The case looks very solid and nice. To have also a SSD inside of the box is very convenient!Only remark that the SSD adapter doesn't work without the Raspberry Pi board. The SSD sata adapter takes powering by the pogopin of the Raspberry Pi and the usb connection together.Just USB powering give it only for the bridge chip on the adapter and not for the SSD drive itself. Thanks for clarification of this issue by the GeeekPi support.

Well engineered but assembly instructions are lacking
This is a well-engineered and thought out case. The main body is aluminium. The base is a pressed steel plate and the top is a semi-transparent smoked acrylic plate.Everything will assemble just fine if you are technically savvy. However, there are some errors/shortfalls in the instruction manual:1. There is no mention of the little pink pads in the build guide, I thought these were for sticking something later on, only to realise they are heat conducting pads for the heatsink / fan. I had to disassemble the whole thing to install them. I used a pair of tweezers to locate them in place.2. The 3 fan wires are very close to running over the top right Wifi/Bluetooth part of the Pi board. Run the fan wires out sideways to avoid it getting pinched by the heatsink. Good thing is that this is not a thermal sensitive area.3. The instructions say to use the flat head screws to secure the bottom plate. In fact the countersunk screws are needed.4. The instructions were a little light on the SSD mounting and you have to use cooper pillars to double stack to the Raspberry Pi. The are sprung loaded power terminals that push up to the underside of the Pi to power the SSD boardAfterall, I had to assemble the case twice. Not a bad thing for me as it was such a joy to build, so I liked building it twice!4 stars, only because the build instructions. Apart from that, a sterling little unit and very happy with it.

An excellent case
I picked this up because I wanted to make a bluetooth music player for the home and needed some way to house a pi with SSD drive. The size is superb, and once put together it is rock solid. I had some trouble configuring the SSD, but that's because I didn't even try and read the manual until I had exhausted all options. Once I bothered to read it, it was easy! My only complaint would be that the manual is very very small and so difficult to read. I photographed the pages so I could blow them up. As frustrating as that was, it doesn't detract from an excellent product.

Ease to assemble, looks good.Been running for long periods, but fan has burnt out. Setup was 9 Oct . Fan died 20 November.

Very Quiet
This runs Home Assistant and lives in the corner of my sitting room - certainly can't hear it over the TV

User manual not good, PWM fan not controllable in Home Assistant
The User manual is tiny, and missing some steps. By visiting their web site, I was able to see a bigger version, but still mising the steps explaining where screws heads are to be. That can be figured out, so not a big problem. The PWM fan module example didn't work for Home Assistant. I read somewhere that Home Assistant removed the GPIO thing all together a few years ago. I have not yet found a way to get the PWM control working in my Home Assistant. The fan is now spining full speed 24x7, unnecessarilly, not sure how long will it last. That white LED is very bright at night, I can't find a way to dim it or switch it off.I wish there is a cover for the big hole in front of the memory card slot.If it can have a way to wall-mount (hang on a screw or somthing like that) will be great.Other than that, it's all fine.
