The marbling on the leather is just right, not too much or too little. So the aesthetic is on point.My original order was marked delivered, but no delivery photo, and no package (I walked the whole property). Amazon sent a replacement out after some back and forth. This one arrived no problem.The manufacturer, Elizo, reached out to me to see what the issues with the original item were, and if I neeeded a replacement, or help. Really blown away as they offered to send a new one out to me at their cost. Pretty impressive as it was Amazon who dropped the ball, not an issue with the product.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this pad. It lays flat and looks great.Cheers!

Buy it. Worth every bit. Extremely high quality, thick, almost saddle leather, that smells great but now extremely overpowering. Lays flat and doesnt slide around. The color is spot on, and you can see every detail in the grain. Love it.

A beautiful piece of leather, which is basically what this is. I avoid items sold as kind alternatives to real animal hides, etc. Animals are killed by the millions every day for food. Native Americans used every part of an animal, and so should we. The ads that fake leather products are better for the environment are suspect. They pollute during manufacture, as well as for decades later in land fills. It costs more for "natural" materials, but the beauty and other factors justify the additional cost. With that said, these are a bit over the top for what they charge, for which I took off one star.

Really solid desk mat. This is the third I’ve ordered trying to find one that’s decent quality, this is the best/thickest one I’ve received through Amazon.Photo attached is ~30 minutes after initial opening, flattened out really nice and has a premium fit and finish. Color is exactly as described in the add, quality of the leather and stitching is above the price point, suede backing makes it super nonslip, zero worries there. Put away my previous mousepad, just checking a few emails with this after setting it up has already proven useful there as well. Coaster and accessory tray was a nice added touch. Would purchase this again no question.

Purchased this Antique Elizo leather desk pad. Quality leather and stitching. It came scratched in several places and the finish scratched very easily. The Seller made it right by sending a new desk pad - color of my choice and an item from their online store as a gesture of good will. Seller went above and beyond to rectify my experience. Would recommend the Elizo leather desk pads, as they are of excellent quality except for the finish on the Antique pad, which was made right by Seller.

Looks and feels amazing. Yes, it will scratch from time to time, but just like leather shoes, you can polish it and get it to looking new!

I had purchased a slightly cheaper one and returned it within a few days, as it curled up on the edges and never flattened. It was a bit thin as well. I LOVE this one. Great quality, flattened right out and just a great desk pad. The dual layer gives it an extra bit of quality feel. Highly recommend!
