These really work. I've used them, off and on, to bring liver enzyme numbers down and it always happens. I've used this and the version without NAC. Not sure which is better. I wish I could make this 4.5 stars, though, because this version, the one with NAC, is shown on Amazon as having 30mg of zinc, but, when I received the bottle, the label says 10mg of zinc, the same as the non-NAC version. I'm not sure why they lowered the amount of zinc in this version. I'd prefer 30mg of zinc, to be honest, because I think zinc is great to take for your immune system and liver, but I bet these will work just as well as always to bring down liver enzyme numbers.

Ordered this to use as support for my liver during a cleanse. I'm a week in and can't say I've noticed any direct benefits, but I like the inclusion of NAC (which also offers support for your lungs) and Chanca Piedra. If taken as directed (20-30 min before a meal with 8oz of water), I notice no adverse reactions. However, I accidentally waited too long to eat after one dose and felt some discomfort and nausea (which went away as soon as I had some food in my stomach). My fault. The bottle is labeled as made in the USA, 3rd party lab verified and sourced from a GMP compliant facility. Arrived in perfect condition and on time. The only reason I knocked off one star is because it contains, in my opinion, way too much zinc. Something to be mindful of if you're concerned about contraindications.

I was looking for a Liver support product with NAC because I've heard of the benefits of natural herbs, milk thistle and NAC. In my youth I was a heavy drinker and because of that I live with gall bladder issues today. This product contains many beneficial ingredients for liver and gall bladder. It helps to cleanse and detox. The capsules are easy to swallow and the taste is fine. I seem to feel less sluggish and it seems to help. I felt more energy and alertness. I'm pleased with it and would buy it again. This product is organically sourced and 3rd Party verified. It's a good value for the money. You get a 30 days supply.

What might work for some, may not work for someone else. I was told it was great from a few family members but it's not working for me or I haven't given it time to work. Just see for yourself and hopefully it works for others.

I’ll be honest, I figured this would be just another vitamin on my fertility journey but after getting my bloodwork back yesterday I am SHOCKED. Previously, my AST was 47 and my ALT was 108! My bloodwork yesterday showed my AST is now in normal range at 28 and my ALT is still a little high but down to 61! I will continue to use these!
