I am trying to stop all Artificial sweeteners due to the W.H.O. and their claim that artificial sweeteners cause weight gain and other gut issues. They said Artificial sweeteners hurt the gut and it's natural balance. I began looking into Probiotics to help with my gut so far I have had no problems. I also have IBS and have not had an episode in the three days I have been taking it!!! I was a bit leery of taking probiotics thinking they would increase my IBS but it did not. I am pleased.

Made me very sick! Anxiety , panic, dizzy, weak, itchy skin and close to passing out is what was caused. Be careful!

I took this supplement and I received some good energy from it. The product was easy to swallow and easy to use. I could feel a noticeable difference especially when I did vigorous exercise. Also, it has good probiotics in it and that is definitely a plus.

This is a decent immunity vitamin, I like that it has pro biotic in it also. I'd rather take 1 vitamin for a few things then have multiple for each. I usually take a multi vitamin and probiotic I replaced this with the vitamin that were the same. It seems to work about the same for me. They don't have a bad taste either and I didn't get the burps from them which was great.

I tried this because I have digestive problems and wanted a good probiotic to help with the good bacteria. I think it's really helping! I do think it gives my energy a boost too. I would recommend this mostly for the gut health benefits.
