So easy to mix and make and very tasty. I make flat patties ihnstead of balls if I am putting them in a wrap or flatbread, they cook super fast like that as well and get nice and crispy

I've tried a few of these Falafel powder mixes and in my opinion they're all a little bland. Some people may like it that way, but I'll tell you how I prepared it for a far more tasty and spicier version.A few days ago, I had cooked a pound of 15 beans in my crockpot. I almost filled up a standard sized blender with the cooked beans, blended them, and poured them in a bowl. I added 2 of those little Goya ham-flavored concentrate packets, 4 raw eggs, and liberally sprinkled it all with dried hot red pepper. I also added this entire container Falafel mix and let it sit for 10 minutes.I formed these in little balls and cooked them in my air fryer, removing only when they just started browning on top. These are the best and most addictive Falafel balls, even better than I've been served at restaurants.So, my advice is, don't just mix these only with water and think they're going to come out absolutely delicious. They can be really amazing, but in combination with a few added ingredients. Would recommend trying!

Not the best falafel mix I’ve ever had, but still pretty good. Slightly bland, but with a little extra seasoning, a nice falafel.

Oh what a "fireworks" of flavor!! I've NEVER had anything like this but saw a recipe that used this as an ingredient...BUT wanted to make the Falafel balls! Oh man...I'll sure be making them again!! However, I'm from the South and we make hush puppies that are considerably smaller than a 2" Falafel ball they recommend! Next time I'll probably make them much smaller. It had been a very long time since I had fried anything also...and I was afraid they would be greasy...but they were great!! I don't think you'll be disappointed! Yes, the Jar of Mix is "kinda" expensive IMO...but it's worth it to have something so flavorful! Kudos to Rani for having something so good AND saves time!!

This falafel mix was delicious and seasoned very well. It also baked nicely in the oven. I only wish this brand had a bigger box I could purchase. I went through in no time.

This product came in a jar written in Indian without any English instructions on how to make it so what am I supposed to do look at the jar for the rest of my life and not know what to do with it? I want it returned.
