PTZ Camera 4D Joystick. Work great.

I bought this product to connect with my WiFi camera now a days most of people used WiFi camera rather then hard wired camera. I Was not able to get the controller to work with my camera because the only port that is function is the RJ45, which the otherwise worthless manual clearly states (contradicting the specifications in the Amazon listing. The other ports are just there for future use or decoration I guess. The is zero tech support available. Neither the box or the manual have any information that would lead to contacting tech support.Rs232 port does not work and isn't clearly indicated. If your purchasing to use specifically to control a camera using rs232 it will be a useless product.Overall junk and not right product based on given product description please do not buy it

We brought one to use for controling 2 ip cameras for a church service. It has worked very well much better than the ptz optics joystick that failed. It's great value we have brought 2 others and no issues with any of them.

The unit is great until it freezes--usually within 24 hours of power-on. The live image freezes, and all controls become unresponsive, except for the feedback beep. Power cycling corrects the issue until it freezes again. I've installed the latest firmware, but the issue remains.

Pluged in, the set up process was kinda easy and fast. But once it connected to the camera, I feel the controller is VERY VERY lag - to the point that made me mad.I tried to unplug and re-connect it, but still doesnt work as good as I expected.

I purchased the Zowietek PTZ Camera 4D Joystick Controller with high hopes, but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. From the moment I received it, I could tell this product was poorly made and not worth the price.First off, the build quality is subpar at best. The buttons feel cheap and flimsy, and the joystick is incredibly imprecise. It's frustrating to use, and I constantly found myself struggling to get the camera to move where I wanted it to.The worst part, however, is its compatibility or lack thereof. It claims to be a PTZ Network Keyboard, but I had nothing but trouble trying to get it to work with my PTZ camera. The setup process was convoluted, and even after following the instructions to the letter, I couldn't get it to communicate with my camera properly. It's advertised as a PoE (Power over Ethernet) controller, but it couldn't even power on my camera reliably.To make matters worse, customer support was a nightmare. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It's clear that this company doesn't stand behind its product.Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a PTZ camera controller. This one is a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One star is generous for this poorly designed and frustrating piece of equipment.
