It's good
This little device sure does help with cramping. I was skeptical of the vibration, but that combined with the heat works wonders to alleviate even severe cramps (pain is a scale and highly subjective, so keep this in mind). but the heating function works very quickly, and it does what it's supposed to. If you care about build quality.

It just stopped working all of a sudden
It worked fine initially now last week took it out after 3 months it has stopped working all of a sudden…expensive buy non returnable and then it stops working don’t know how to get it fixed.
