I liked the product and its quality. It was a present for a friend and he liked it.

Everything was good about this product except the wordings on the glass. It was not straight but positioned unevenly. That was a part I never liked

Not as expected - Sticker not done properly - Product in not good condition.It's a gift item and very disappointed.

Purchased as a gift. It's not fine crystal, but the glass quality was decent. Some of the granite cubes were slightly misshapen, but no big deal.Unfortunately, the finish of the inside dressings of the box was a miss. I had the clean off glue residue on the glass, which seemed to come from hasty assembly of the internal padding. Highly recommend pre-inspection and cleaning before wrapping this up as a gift. It would have made for a nicer presentation if the printing inside the lid wasn't smudged in one area.All things considered, the recipient enjoyed this gift, so I would call it a success.

He won't use it even though he loves it!! Says he doesn't want it to get broken.

I ordered 2. They look really cool, and I think my friends will like them, but they both had adhesive residue on them, probably from the engraving process. I have to figure out how to get the adhesive off before giving them as birthday gifts. Kind of a bummer. Just need more quality control before sending them out.
