Effective for sleeping. Don't consume more than recommended dose. Resist the good flavor orc you will have a gastric issue. No side effects as long as you take as recommended. Everyone is different but i slept well

Great taste, good price, and you only need to take one a day so you don't need to buy it all the time. My doctor prescribed me these because I've lived my entire life with bad sleeping habits and bad digestion problems giving me stomach pain. I take one of these a day and 2 laxative gummies a day and my sleep and digestion hasn't been better since. Only downside is it took around a week or two to become effective. As for the ingredients they seem fine, I personally don't struggle with vitamin or mineral deficiencies to my knowledge but as long as you don't eat more than 1 a day then I assume I'll be fine. Not sure on whether to eat it at night or morning though? I usually have mine in the morning before work and after I'd eaten breakfast

Fantasic service in sending product to me. I am anxious to give a proper review of how they help reduce daily stress. However, after trying to OPEN the container using every "jar opening" device I have, I had to finally use a very sharp box cutter to be able to access the gummies in the jar.This product may sell very well...if the jar is improved that a person can open it without resorting to destroying the jar to get to the good stuff!!

My first purchase of this product arrived on January 11, 2025. I decided to try because the product did not contain melatonin. It seemed to work well enough.As a result, I reordered 3 bottles of product, which were delivered today. The three jars that came today are markedly different in color and taste. Bizarrely enough, the newly delivered products seem to be greasy too. The product page says that they were all sold by same seller, Relaxium, and delivered by Amazon. They are not returnable due to food-safety issues.I am concerned whether the seller information on Amazon is actually accurate. If the seller information is correct, I am concerned whether the quality of the product is as good as the previous product. I guess I’ll find out since I can’t return the ones that were just delivered. However, future buyers should beware. Either Amazon is misleading consumers or the seller is misleading consumers. There’s no other rational explanation for the significant differences between the first delivery and the second delivery.

It seemed to work when I got home from work I immediately took them and not to long after that I feel calmer and I only took 2 wow! I highly recommend this if you are looking to calm your anxiety

I didn't notice much of a calm effect. I purchased "goli" and it seems better.
