Better than I expected.
This was so easy to do I was shocked. My son was delighted. I did watch some videos and found a water balloon on the bottom held the balloons in place well. For sure will be buying this next year.

Not a great value. Look for something else.
These balloons were just okay. You need to be careful with the latex balloons because they pop very easily. The foil star balloons barely inflated and quickly lost air. They were not usable for longer than the picture I took. The foil curtain also ripped easily when i opened it and pieces fell off. I had no issue with the banner or other parts of the package. I don't think this is a great value for your money and would try a different set if you're looking for decorations for a party.
